Originally got a pair that was too small and they sent a replacement in the correct size, it takes a little longer to get this product, but it's definitely worth it. The shoes are very comfortable. It's like wearing slippers, but you can wear them outside. I did not have to return the small Original pair I got so I donated to a good cause. This won't be my last purchase from hike.
