Why Barefoot?

The human foot has 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments. It was designed to feel the ground, spread naturally and move freely. Conventional shoes — with their narrow toe boxes, elevated heels and rigid soles — work against this design every single day.

The result? Foot pain, poor posture, weakened arches and a disconnection from the ground beneath us.
