30-Day Risk-Free Returns
We want you to love your EQUINOX shoes. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return any pair — no questions asked.
How to Return
- Email us at equinox@ozgunmak.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us
- Receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving the return
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items should be in original or good condition
- Include your order number with the return
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll send the new pair as soon as we receive your return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately at equinox@ozgunmak.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
